DINAS SOSIAL KEPENDUDUKAN DAN CATATAN SIPIL MENERIMA BARANG UNDIAN YANG TIDAK DI AMBIL NASABAH

Dinas Sosial, Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Provinsi Papua menerima barang-barang hasil Undian yang tidak di ambil oleh pemenangnya dari Bank BRI Jayapura, penyerahan dilakukan bersamaan dengan kegiatan apel pagi di lingkup Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Papua di halaman Kantor Gubernur Provinsi Papua Dok 2 Jayapura.
Barang-barang undian tersebut diserahkan oleh Perwakilan dari Kantor BRI cabang Jayapura kepada Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Jayapura dan diterima langsung oleh Asisten Dua (II) Bidang Perekonomian dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat (Elia Loupatty, SE, MM) mewakili Pemerintah daerah.
Penyerahan hadiah yang tidak di ambil nasabah di maksud disaksikan oleh Notaris dan Pihak Kepolisian dari POLDA Papua. Selanjutnya Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Papua menyerahkan hasil undian tersebut kepada Dinas Sosial, Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Provinsi Papua untuk dihibahkan kepada Yayasan/Organisasi Sosial yang menangani PMKS (Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial)
Dan untuk sekedar Informasi barang atau Undian yang tidak di ambil oleh pemenangnya tersebut adalah berupa Satu (1) Unit Mobil, Enam (6) Unit Motor berbagai tipe, satu (1) Unit Kulkas, dan Handphone serta Televisi Flat.
Adapun Dasar Dihibahkannya berbagai barang undian tersebut ke Panti Asuhan, Yayasan atau Organisasi sosial adalah Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 1954 Tentang Undian.
